Spiire directors and staff enjoyed a lavish breakfast as they caught up with the adventures of Julia Hurley who volunteered on a urban improvement project in Sri Lanka.

The project helped develop solutions to annual flooding faced by poor residents in Shantipuram, a village in Mannar District. It is not pleasant to vacate your home for between one and three months each year until the waters subside.

Thanks Saya for a wonderful breakfast of burcher muesli, ham and cheese toasties, mini quiches, sweet muffins, health drinks, fruit platters.....

Proceeds to the Shantipuram drainage and housing project.
